Luxury Terms & Conditions
Kindly refer to the ’Booking Conditions’ which are enclosed in this brochure. Please complete one booking form per party. Along with the Booking Form, please enclose a non-refundable and interest free deposit amount of Rs. 10,000/- per person (Adult/Child). The said deposit will be adjusted towards the cost of the Tour. In the event of cancellation of the tour by the passenger after payment of non-refundable deposits for any reason whatsoever or failure to pay the entire tour cost the said deposit shall be forfeited. On payment of the deposit amount, you will receive a receipt from Luxury Life Holidays ( A  Division of Lalit Mandap Leisure Holidays Pvt. Ltd.)

If you are booking via our preferred sales agent, all payments must be in Demand draft payable to Luxury Life Holidays. On payment and clearance of the deposit amount, you will receive a receipt for the paid amount.

1. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It is your responsibility to hold valid documents such as passport, visas, and insurance certificates to be able to travel on the tour. Kindly ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months subsequent to the scheduled departure date of your tour.

2.VISA

It is mandatory, convenient and safe to have the VISA clearance obtained by Luxury Life Holidays from the concern consulate/authorities on your behalf. Please note that it is totally at the direction of the concerned consulates/authorities to grant/reject your visas after you have submitted relevant documents. We request you to submit the relevant documents within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Documentation Check List shall be given to you at the time of booking your tour , thereby ensuring  the insurance of correct visas and timely compliance of the Visa formalities required for the tour you have booked.

Please check with Luxury Life Holidays to ensure that your travel documents, excluding visa, can be processed in time for your departure.

3.BASIC TRAVEL QUOTE (BTQ)
As per the RBI Regulations, all travelers holding Indian Passports are eligible for a travel allowance of USD 10,000 from the Basic Travel Quota (BTQ). This travel allowance is given per calendar year and can be availed by the passenger either in traveler’s cheques and cash limit is USD 500 only. The cost of USD 10,000 is not included in the tour price and you required to pay for the same separately. It is mandatory to purchase BTQ from Luxury Life Holidays.

4.BALANCE PAYMENT
Balance payment towards the cost of your Tour  (INR and EURO) must reach us at least 45 days prior to the departure of your tour.

5.AIRLINE TICKETS & PASSENGER TOUR COUPON
You will receive your air tickets from us 5 days prior to the departure. This will be given provided we have received full payment including foreign currency component in the form of traveler’s cheques only.

6.TRAVELLING IN ADVANCE AND/OR RETURNING ON YOUR OWN
Luxury Life Holidays Provides packaged tours and holds airline seat as a group for its passengers on the date of published departures from India and return reservations back to India after the tour.

If you wish to travel in advance i.e. before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure or like to come back on later date after the tour ends and if the airline policy allows the same, you are required to pay on ‘Airline Reservation Form’ fee of Rs. 1,000/- per person, per sector, per change (subject to availability of seats). We do not take any responsibility in this regard.

7.TRANSFER FROM ONE TOUR TO ANOTHER

After submission of the ‘Booking Form’ and non-refundable interest free deposit, transfer from one tour to another 45 days prior to the departure will be treated as cancellation on that tour and fresh booking on another in these cases, Transfer Fee of Rs. 5,000/- per person will be applicable.

8.CANCELLATIONS

If circumstances make you cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per Booking Conditions of the tour, we are constrained to levy cancellation charges. The cancellation must be intimated in writing at the registered office of the company duly signed by each of the tour participants who have signed the ‘Booking Forms’. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reaches  the company at its office in Mumbai.
